The Best

Simply put, The Week is the very best weekly magazine. I always enjoy the articles, written in a straightforward, informative manner.

Constant Crashes

What should be a nice read ends up being a completely frustrating experience.

The Ultimate Source

The Week is the only news magazine that I look forward to receiving, read in its entirety, and forward to others. The writing is crisp, concise and comprehensive.

Great app!, except for stability issue

After reading a handful of articles the app will suddenly disappear but still be running. When I reselect the running app, it will pop back to the home page for issue selection. Please fix this bug. And also add a bookmark option for continuing reading where you last left off. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star review for a great magazine!

My go-to magazine for years--now on my iPad

I tried The Week when it first began--on a newsprint type paper, before they changed to glossy. And now theyve evolved to digital, where I can read it with great ease on my iPad Pro. But, regardless of the type of paper (or non-paper) used, its content has remained of the highest quality. In not too many pages, I get get caught up on politics, trends, movies and book reviews, economics/finances and how they may pertain to my life, new technology, health, and so much more. Whats especially great about this, and makes The Week different from any other magazine Ive ever read, is that they gather their news from all over the world and from many different points of view. And then summarize these into very well written, enjoyable reading. I dont exactly know how they pull this off so well. But in todays world, where people often choose to read or listen to information that is meant to validate their pre-existing points of view, its refreshing and mind expanding to be exposed to different points of view within our country, as well as how people from other nations or cultures see things. Including how they see us in the United States! I continue to read only two magazines, The Week for its amazing breadth and The Atlantic for its amazing depth. I still read and listen to other things, of course, such as books, iPod broadcasts, Great Courses lessons, etc. But when I need to stay up with our fast-moving complex world, The Week keeps me afloat.
