I love the magazine but they charged me twice and started sending me two magazines. Ive been trying for more than a month now to get them to correct it and cant for the life of me get them to respond. My wife spent almost an hour on the phone and they recommended that we call our credit card company to deny the charge. I dont see why I should have to contact my credit card company to dispute a charge that was their mistake.
Since then Ive written them multiple times to say that I will just take an extra year subscription to simplify things and they wont even respond.
For a magazine that positions itself as one for busy people, they have sure wasted a lot of my time.
